Founded by group of Scientists & engineering technocrats in 1980. We undertakes design & manufacturing of special purpose machines & systems for fogging, spraying, misting such as industrial pressure sprayers, air mist sprayers, air pressure sprayers, mist sprayers, fogging machines, electric fogger, surface disinfection equipment, eco friendly disinfectant and many more


With the diverse experience, GEPL takes up technological challenges faced by the industries as well as academic institutions and try to overcome them. In the recent past, we have concentrated on the needs of pharma, food, biotech, life sciences & healthcare industries.

GEPL has developed import improvements for products that are used for sterilization & disinfection. These include electrically operated fogging machines, pneumatically powered fogging machines, pneumatically powered surface disinfectors and other disinfection equipment. These are specifically developed taking into consideration the needs of the pharma, food and biotech industries to maintain clean room conditions.GEPL has also made major contributions in developing special purpose machines / gadgets for research students seeking their doctorate degrees in engineering electives.

Apart from these mentioned products, we also offer our clients with fogger attachments which is a unique & detachable accessory useful for AVTech-DSU or/& AVTech-CWS sprayer units eliminating the need for a separate fogger unit for aerial fogging. These work silently therefore, laminating noise pollution. These are manufactured using special grade non-magnetic stainless steel. Moreover, the gaskets, ‘O’ rings, suction & discharge pipes used in the production are of medical grade silicon material.  The complete hardware is of stainless steel. The features are:

  • Simple to use
  • Can be mounted on the sprayer unit through Quick Release Coupling of stainless steel thus; a single sprayer unit is now converted to Fogger unit within seconds
  • Cost effective as it eliminates additional inventory
  • Autoclavable repeatedly @ 120oC

These are widely applied in pharmaceutical, biotech industry, research laboratories in life science establishments working in critical conditions that are sensitive to sound levels beyond 30 to 40 dB. 

Turn Tables

To distribute fog or spray uniformly, turn tables are used to achieve 100% efficacy during aerial fumigation by aqueous formulations. These can accommodate 5 liter capacity fogger machines and rotate at 2 RPM. We also provide high torque portable motor which ensures trouble-free & dependable service.
